About the Role:
Eagle Security & Protection Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Manager to help us grow our client base across New York and surrounding regions. This is a remote position perfect for someone with a passion for sales, flexibility, and the ability to close deals.

💡 Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients (retail, construction, residential, events)

• Pitch our security services via phone, email, and Zoom

• Respond to RFPs and submit proposals

• Set appointments, follow up on leads, and close contracts

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (security industry is a bonus)

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Must be self-motivated and organized

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM tools

• Must be available to work EST hours (flexible)

💰 Compensation:

• Commission-based: 10%–15% per contract closed

• Bonus opportunities for hitting milestones

• Potential for base + commission after 90 days
