My name is Malissa Celestin Uagbor, Founder and Owner of Eagle Security & Protection Inc. and creator of the online beauty brand Lip‑Licious Beauty Bar. I am a Wife, a Mother of four — Ivah, Maya, Isaac, and Jacob Uagbor — and a Woman committed to building businesses that reflect strength, confidence, and purpose.

I studied Business Management at LIBI (Long Island Business Institute) in Manhattan, where I developed the foundation that shaped my leadership, discipline, and entrepreneurial mindset. Education gave me the tools — motherhood gave me the motivation — and business gave me the platform to build the life I envisioned.

I am proudly married to Joshua Uagbor, and together we raise our four children with love, discipline, and ambition. Everything I do — every business I build, every goal I chase — is for them. They are my reason, my drive, and my legacy.
